Menopause is characterized by a decreasing estrogen level, among other aspects, and it manifests itself clinically in the form of depressive moods and anxiety, tiredness, sleep disturbances, mood swings, hot flashes, excessive sweating, night sweat, dryness of the skin and mucous membranes (e.g. vaginal dryness), pain during sexual intercourse, loss of libido, change in the distribution of body fat, weight gain, joint complaints, and other symptoms.

The prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover studies on MF11RCE® confirmed the efficacy and safety of a dosage of 80 mg MF11RCE® and proved that there was a significant improvement in menopausal symptoms such as the following:
